Mayor Thomas DeSomma is a lifelong resident of Lodi and has served as the Executive Director/Secretary-Treasurer of the Lodi Housing Authority since 1979. He is serving his first term on the Council. Thomas holds certifications in Government Services and Director for Public Housing and Municipal Redevelopment. Thomas has extensive budgetary experience and is responsible for obtaining grants worth over $15 million for the community. He is a veteran of the New Jersey National Guard and a member of the Lodi Moose Lodge 1971.
